1. Early morning golf is good for maximizing your performance and lowering your scores.
2. Lower temperatures and humidity, less crowds, and improved course conditions can start of your day just perfect for a good round of golf.
3. Human body is adjusted with the lightness and darkness, such as a clock. This helps humans' activity levels and leads to peaks in mental and physical capability. Therefore, early morning the body is fresh and full of energy that can provide strong mental and physical capability.

5. You have the opportunity to see the light peeking out over the trees, and see the sunrise.
6. This could the best time to play golf just for you. Not for a match or practice. It is your time, and call this "Me Time". Build a peaceful mind and relax in a peaceful environment. Make this more for the motion than the score.
