The front nine offers wide, expansive fairways with elevated, undulating and sloping greens, and hidden water hazards. The back nine is carved through beautiful pine and hardwood woodlands leaving less room for errant shots. Water is in play on seven of the 18 holes. The putting greens feature TIF Eagle ultra-dwarf bermuda grass and the fairways and tees are 419 bermuda grass.
The golf course measures 6,888 yards from the championship tees with a course rating/slope of 73.0/134, the White tees are 6,406 with a course rating/slope of 70.7/128, Gold tees 6,110 with a course rating/slope of 69.4/126, and Red tees 5,115 course rating/slope of 69.3/115.
DeGray Lake Resort Golf Course offers a driving range, practice green, and chipping area for those that wish to improve their game. A PGA professional is available for lessons by appointment.
