Opened in 1992 Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay was the course architect.

Turtle Bay's Two Exquisite Hawaii Golf Experiences Turtle Bay is home to two spectacular Oahu golf courses designed by some of the most prominent names in golf and architecture - Arnold Palmer and George Fazio.
