Comments: Get there early otherwise you'll be stuck behind slow players all day long

Comments: This season they have changed the order of the front 9. You now start on the "old" 3rd hole. It is a nice change up and it seems to cut down in the back up on the course early on. That being said, expect to be there for at least 5 hours, even on a week day. The course still get's extremely backed up. A helpful tip is that the course is pretty wide open, but when venturing too far of the fairway, you will have to use punch shots and either draw or fade the second. Overall, the course has been in great condition and has drained well after rain even on the "new" par 3 2nd hole. As for value, well it's Brooklyn and while there are other courses to chose from they all cost about the same, but may not be in as good condition.

Comments: For a NYC course, Dyker is great, just don't expect to get a round of golf done in less than 5 hours. There is no range or practice area and the holes are pretty much right on top of each other. There will be some balls flying into your fairway so bring a helmet if you have one. Course conditions were great, greens fast and true, nice thick rough, and manicured fairways.
