Course Info

Red Hawk’s designer Ken Dye is a member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects and has designed many well-known golf projects both nationally and internationally.
Five sets of tees, with yardage ranging from 5,502 to 7,523. Click for Scorecard.
Hazards include 5 lakes (with water coming into play on 8 holes) and 76 bunkers.
The course covers 200 acres (100 acres of turf, 50 acres of planted native grasses, and 50 acres of natural desert) in southern New Mexico’s high desert terrain (elevation: 4.300 feet).

Red Hawk is privileged to have PGA Master Professional Bill Eschenbrenner serve as our Golf Pro Emeritus.  Some of Bill’s recent honors include having been named National PGA Golf Professional of the Year (2005) and having been inducted into the National PGA Hall of Fame (2006), the University of North Texas Athletic Hall of Fame (2008), and the Texas Golf Hall of Fame (2010).
Ryan Flamm, Red Hawk’s Director of Golf, has been a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America since 2006.  Ryan is an active member of the PGA President’s Council on Growing the Game and is proud to bring to Red Hawk Golf Club developmental programs that promote play among all types of golfers—ladies, juniors, seniors, and adults.  Ryan is an NMSU PGM alumnus and has been a pro at many golf clubs around the United States, including The Club as Las Campanas in Santa Fe, NM.
Bo Cichuniec, Red Hawk’s Head Golf Course Superintendent, has been an active member in the local and national Golf Course Superintendents Association of America since 2004. Bo is a third-generation golf course superintendent and an ASU alumnus with a degree in Science and Agribusiness. Bo brings to Red Hawk professional experience from the PGA tour and from private and resort golf courses, including TPC Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak Country Club in Scottsdale.
