The company's "zip" grooves are 16-percent larger than they were in 2012 for better spin out of the rough. The face features two surface textures for enhanced control. The Rotex pattern uses milled, angled curves to improve consistency on open-face shots. Laser-etched lines between the grooves help make the surface roughness more uniform.

Cleveland Halo Fairway Wood Golf Club is the answer for the messy irons and woods in your golf kit. The Cleveland Halo Fairway Wood Golf Club also known as Hybrid halo made of 17-4 stainless steel, with a low, deep center of Gravity (CG) offer higher initial launch trajectory made-easy from any lie. This makes the Fairway wood halo the right kind of hybrid halo that helps you find the green, even from the most difficult of positions. The Cleveland Halo Fairway Wood Golf Club not only makes the drives longer but also lets you take draws, fades, punch shots and chips with greater ease. With a large sweet spot and high moment of inertia the fairway wood halo provides improved stability and forgiveness at impact.

Based on a classic mallet shape (the 1970s-throwback Ram Zebra), the MOD-00 is face-balanced and has seven sight lines on the back flange. The computer-milled face features polymer-filled grooves to start the ball rolling quicker and to reduce skidding. Heel and toe sole weights increase forgiveness.

With its performance-engineered adjustable hosel, the Ping G25 Driver's hosel design is optimized by using a lightweight titanium screw and aluminum hosel sleeve. The design maintains the same outer diameter and mass as Ping's traditional fixed hosels. This provides the benefits of adjustability (+/- 1/2 degree) without sacrificing the performance that's often lost in clubs with larger, bulkier hosel designs.

TaylorMade Golf has unveiled the first unofficial images of the new TaylorMade Burner PLUS Driver & Iron designs ahead of the clubs official debut in Japan. In Japanese, the term “PLUS” must mean “Same thing but slightly different”. Not seeing much difference from the Tour Burner driver and irons from 2008 but I am sure their 2009 releases will be more “Jaw Dropping”. With all the new clubs I am hearing in the pipeline from other manufacturers I am sure TaylorMade will make a Big Splash here in th US for 2009. But for now take a look at what they are releasing in Japan for Fall 2008.
