GolfSmash - Flexible and Transparent Pricing
POS, booking and tee-time, email marketing, membership, F&B processing, automatic billing, and website management in one package.
Total freedom in selection of pricing packages:
- Regular - Monthly license fee and select, limited transaction fees plus one-time setup fee
- Transaction - Transaction fees only, no license fees, no setup fee
- Consignment - Consigned rounds, no transaction, setup or license fees
Pricing package for a-la-carte (select one or more modules)

Optional Member E-mail Billing Payment Processing (members can pay directly from emailed invoices)

No contract lock-in. Month-to-month commitment only. Full, unlimited setup support.
Package A - Full Package, Regular Pricing
POS, booking and tee-time, email marketing, membership, F&B processing, automatic billing, and website management in one package
- Monthly license fee - $325
  • Payable monthly in advance
- E-booking processing and convenience fee (for online bookings) - 5.25%
  • % of booking value per e-booking
- Tee-time fee (for non-online bookings) - $0.075
  • Fixed fee per person on a tee-sheet
- One-time setup charge - $750
  • Payable upon order
- Optional: Member E-mail Billing Payment processing and convenience fee - 5.25%
- E-booking Incentive: If a given month’s e-booking fee exceeds the value of the month’s license fee, then the next month’s license fee is waived
  • Limited time offer
Package B - Full Package, Transaction Pricing
POS, booking and tee-time, email marketing, membership, F&B processing, automatic billing, and website management in one package
- No monthly license fee
- No setup charge
- E-booking processing and convenience fee (for online bookings) - 5.25%
  • % of booking value per e-booking
- Tee-time fee (for non-online bookings) - $0.375
  • Fixed fee per person on a tee-sheet, i.e. fixed fee per round
- Optional: Member E-mail Billing Payment processing and convenience fee - 5.25%
Package C - Full Package, Consignment Pricing
POS, booking and tee-time, email marketing, membership, F&B processing, automatic billing, and website management in one package
- No monthly license fee
- No tee time fees
- $500 setup charge
- E-booking processing and convenience fee (for online bookings) - 5.25%
  • % of booking value per e-booking
- Consignment fees - revenues collected for first eight rounds in each calendar week(Sunday through Saturday), which are paid as consignment fee to GolfSmash
  • Course sets and controls pricing.
  • Revenues for consigned rounds must be at least 85% of average revenues for all rounds for the week.
- Optional: Member E-mail Billing Payment processing and convenience fee - 5.25%
Package D - Select Module, License Pricing
Select from POS, booking and tee-time, email marketing, membership, F&B processing, automatic billing, and website management
- License fees - $150 per month for each module
     •   Minimum monthly license fee - $150
     •   Maximum monthly license fee - $450
     •   Payable monthly in advance
- E-booking processing and convenience fee (for online bookings) - 5.25%
  • % of booking value per e-booking, only applicable for booking and tee-time module
- Tee-time fee (for non-online bookings) - $0.075
  • Fixed fee per person on a tee-sheet (i.e. fixed fee per round), only applicable for booking and tee-time module
- One-time setup charge - $750
  • Payable upon order
- Optional: Member E-mail Billing Payment Processing and convenience fee - 5.25%
