Opened in 1991 Denis Griffiths was the course architect.

One of the best golf courses in the Greater Atlanta area, there are 5 sets of tees to cater to all skill levels. The lush Bermuda fairways of this course are only topped by perfectly-manicured bentgrass greens. This wonderful 18-hole layout is nestled along the banks of the scenic Chattahoochee River and provides a great golf experience along with its breathtaking natural surroundings. Just a short drive from the cities of Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and Duluth, RiverPines is sure to keep you coming back.Additionally, our 9-hole Par-3 course is designed for the short game and built like a championship layout. The 951-yard, links-style course will sharpen the golf game of players of any skill level. Do not be fooled by the title of a Par-3 course!  This demanding layout boasts tricky undulated bentgrass greens that will test the best of putting strokes.
