Comments: This is one of my favorite golf clubs in Dayton; it also happens to be located in one of the worst neighborhoods in the Dayton area. Pulling in to the club it appears to be very dated and unassuming, don't let that fool you the course can be very tough. The course is a typical Donald Ross design, tree lined fairways challenging your ball placement off the tee. The course has large undulating greens, some with severe slopes and they can be extremely fast when they want them to be! Great experience though.

Comments: This is a great Brian Huntley design, a traditional links course built on a site that was one time a horse breeding ground, they have kept up with the tradition and nostalgia of the property which is very nice as well. This course has seen a change in ownership and I quickly becoming the great course it once was when it was first built in the early 2000's. The greens are 100% sand based so in the summer months the approach shots are critical as the ball tends to take large hops on the green, the bump and run approach is a good tool to have here. Stay away from the large fescue which is present throughout the course. All in all it's a great track get out and see it!

Comments: I played the north course here, they have two (north and south), which was the tougher of the two. For a parks and rec course it can be fairly challenging at times, the course is never in the greatest condition but it can be tough. The greens are a moderate speed at best but that is not the challenging part, ball placement here is a must, especially on the back 9. The front is pretty much wide open and easy to score on but on the back you must find the fairway on almost every hole in order to continue to score well here, the back 9 also has a lot of elevation changes as the course sits down in a valley! The south course on the other hand is a hackers paradise wide open only 3 water hazards and zero bunkers.

Comments: This course a 27 hole facility, red whit and blue courses, I didn't have an opportunity to play the blue course which is a recent design, I played the red and white which is the original Donald Ross design. The course was ok it had a great layout and the fairways were super soft which was nice, the course also puts a premium on approach shots and putting. The greens were quite fast which was appealing to me but they were extremely grainy which I found to be challenging... They were also extremely sloped which is fine but add in the grain and the fact that they seemed to be different speeds and it equals a bit of frustration... Oh and they have gas carts...

Comments: This is a wonderful golf course in North College Hill, it has a lot of tree lined fairways, guarded approach shots and difficult greens. The course is not long by any means but it can be challenging to most golfers especially if you can not work the ball in either direction. The tee shots favor a fade on about 6 holes which makes it challenging, especially if you are a straight ball hitter, your approach shots will be significantly longer. The practice facility here is also fantastic, the only downside is it is too short to hit driver or 3 wood. Get out and see it!

Comments: : Worst golf course I've seen in Cincinnati, I was bored and popped in here to see what it was like. It is not maintained at all, it is extremely short and looks like the grass in my back yard... I'm fully confident a decent player can shoot par with a 7-iron. Tin cup did it, you can do it here, if anything it's worth a shot, I may go back and try just for fun! Other than that this place was pretty bad.
