Comments: Ive only played this course once, but it was rather fun. It has some water hazards that give the course a little more of a fun facture. featured on a nice sloping countryside with some good distance holes. not too many golf carts at this club for rental, but i wouldnt mind walking the course. Feature events such as a glowball tournament which is rather fun. Alot of country boys having fun and alot of alcohol being served. Give it a shot.

Comments: Clear Lake Golf club features nine holes of play, but its a rather nice course for a small town. Some holes feature an elevated tee, there is alot of sloping ground, and the greens seem to be pretty well kept up. This is a local favorite when im in the area. Just plain simple fun golf.

Comments: Clark Golf Club; when i think of this club, i think of rednecks and beer. These folks like to have a good time. This course features 9 holes of pretty basic play, but the club likes to throw in events such as the Wine-on-Nine that features drinks at the start of every hole. Its not too expensive and its a rather fun time with all the locals hitting a round while drinking a round.

Comments: This course is a short 9-hole small town course featuring alot of sloping ground. Rough isnt too much thicker than the fairways, and the greens are a descent size and have some nice grass surface. The clubhouse was recently remodeled to host more parties or whatnot and is actually pretty nice. The staff is very friendly, the carts are clean and fast, and the course plays well in the open countryside. With most courses in south dakota, the wind is a vital factor in your round, with not too many trees in the course to help eleviate the winds. The grounds arent highly watered like some of the more popular/more played courses so the grass may be a little brown depending on when you go and play, but still plays rather nice.

Comments: 9-hole small town course, features open fairways, mostly straight holes, with only a small number of doglegs. Greens are small and elevated but makes for a little more of a challenge. Holes are pretty easily reachable under par; as long as you can keep the ball straight this course shouldn't be too difficult. No special grasses or different heights of grass cuts. very distinct separation between fairways and rough. Not kept up like some of the other bigger city courses, but if you're in the area and in desperate need of some golf, you can't go wrong.

Comments: Features a couple practice greens, driving range, and 27 holes of play. Club manager keeps this course in a very good playable condition, and always making improvements to keep challenging golfers. Good value and good small town course. Course difficulty isn't really high but still provides some fun challenges and fun golfing. Worth playing.
