Comments: Played here for a four man scramble. Really nice course. Greens rolled true. Par 5s were reachable in 2, but that's probably because we were allowed to play from the ladies' tees on the par 5s. Anyway, course is definitely recommended. Not sure what the rates are here since it was a charity scramble, so I'm unsure of the value.

Comments: Great course. Staff super friendly. Open tee time policy (meaning you just show up without a tee time and hope they aren't busy). Played the West course. Very challenging. Beautiful scenery. Even saw deer on one hole. Would definitely play here again if I was ever in the area.

Comments: Played this course yesterday. $145 Hot Deal. There is no rough on this course. Instead, they use ground up coquina shells that serve as both the cart paths and the "rough." Didn't like that at all. It's hard to judge how to hit a shot out of it, as you won't find anything like that on another south Florida course. Maybe they intended that to make this course different, but I just found it annoying. Also made me feel like I'd mess up my clubs, as you're essentially hitting out of tiny rocks. Anyway, my other main gripe was the greens. They had been recently sanded so judging your putts was impossible. There is a TON of water that comes into play, so bring some extra balls. Since this is an expensive course, you'd think only decent golfers that knew how to play and had courtesy would play, right? WRONG! We got stuck behind this idiot foursome that spent the whole round searching for golf balls in the rocks that lined the water! We complained to the ranger, but to no avail. All he did was look on his sheet and claim that everyone was on pace according to his sheet, despite the cart saying that we were ten minutes behind pace. When we told him that, he didn't really say anything except suggest that we skip a hole, finish 18, and then come back to that hole. Awful idea and awful ranger work. Very disappointed. I spent my Golf Channel Player's Pack coupon code on this Hot Deal, and I really feel like it was a waste. For the money you spend to play here, you'd expect a decent pace of play and unsandy greens. I got neither of those things. Would not play here again, even if I hit the lotto and could afford it. The only positive was how nice the guy who gives you your golf cart was. Super friendly and super informative. Otherwise, disappointing course. Save your money.

Comments: I personally love this course. I shot my best round ever at this course from the Blue tees, which are about 6,700 yards. There are a TON of sand traps, both fairway and greenside, so if you're not a fan of bunkers, buyer beware. But the course itself is in great condition. The greens roll true, tee boxes are in nice shape. The fairways are drying out a little bit, but you're gonna get that anywhere in south Florida around this time of year. Water doesn't come into play on too many holes, unless you have a really bad slice. Pace of play was a little slow, but that really depends on who you get stuck behind. Cart girl came around at least 3 times during our round. It's definitely a great course for the money, especially if you play in the afternoon, the Golfnow rate is only $26. You can't beat it. I definitely recommend this course and plan on playing here a lot this summer.

Comments: The greens are terrible right now. Very sandy/bumpy/horrible in spots. Fairways and tee boxes are in poor shape as well. Won't be playing here again for a while until things start to improve.

Comments: Weather forecast said 20% chance of rain, yet it rained practically the entire time we were there, from 1-18 almost non-stop. Anyway, the course is in great shape. Tee boxes are great, greens are in nice shape. However, due to the rain, the course was impossible to play on. This course's drainage system is lacking, at best. HUGE puddles of water on the greens. I had two four-putts and two three-putts on the back nine because I was literally putting through puddles and it was impossible to judge the speed of the greens. Even if you took "relief" it would be on the other side of the green, and even that didn't help much. I understand that my review will be biased since I played on a rainy day, but be warned. If there's going to be rain or it has recently rained near your tee time, you might want to consider playing elsewhere, because you're going to get wet out there. Otherwise, if the weather is good, I would definitely play here again. The course seemed to be in great shape.
