Comments: This is a fun and short course to play in Rochester. Normally a round will get done in 3 hours if you aren't goofing off too much. This is the only full sized course in Rochester that I would say is completely walkable. Large beautiful trees line these fairways but it doesn't give them a tight fairway feel. The greens are usually in very good shape but tend to run on the slow side. The pro shop is expertly staffed and are very nice and knowledgable in golf even for the scratch golfer to the hack. The bar is ok but can fill up with a bunch of old guys telling fish stories during the week. Not a lot of trouble can be had on this course unless you are a wild hooker then you will promptly be depositing a couple balls in the streets in the heart of Rochester.

Comments: This course has went through a lot of changes lately. First they added some of the better hole from a nearby course that closed and have made Meadow Greens a 27 hole course. The value is fair to good and course conditions really depend on the weather. The old course can be long and tedious the second 9 is relatively short but winds into the terrain nicely and the Ramsey 9 was plucked from the other course as the best parts. The pro shop is rather large and has almost anything you could ask for. The bar and canteen is rather small but serves a good beer. All in all I will come back to this course and play it again because I had a great time.

Comments: This is atleast the best city course in Rochester and possibly the best city course in SE Minnesota. The value is good the dining hall is very good the pro shop albeit a little small is passionately maintained and staffed. The practice facility is beautiful and of fair size. The course since the redesign has taken on a tough course persona. A player can easily get into trouble and have a tough play on the back 9. Also for a city course the course is very well maintained and even during the dog days of summer the grass is mostly very green and plush.

Comments: This course and it is undoubtedly a fun play at a reasonable price. Ok now for the bad parts, the pro shop is sparse and occasionally the staff is off there game. The practice facility is a good deal but another putting or chipping area would be nice. When the course is wet is when this course is at it's best and it is beautiful but when the dog days of summer hit this course will dry out and the grass and greens surely will be hard as a rock and fast.

Comments: I love this course. I have played this course a few times a year for as long as I can remember. If you have the time and the means sign up to play in the Resorter's golf tournament. Ok back to the course, the course has stayed largely the same for many many years until early last year when they remodeled the 7th aka (the minnesota green) for the better I think. The whole course is a tough play for whomever wants it to be tough and as easy as you want it. The practice facility is kind of a hike from the pro shop. The pro shop is well staffed and stocked with top of the line equipment. The staff was wonderful and have been able to remember my name even after the very few times a year I play there which really adds to the ambience. The 19th was amazing and the staff are always polite and fun. The food is awesome and a very reasonably priced. To play the course is a little more money than I would think it should cost of a course not in the cities.

Comments: This course is a pure joy to play. After leaving the complacency of the first first hole the course really works it's way into the geography and the beauty of the Missouri Valley. The high technology of the golf carts is a real treat until you stray off course too far at which point you have to drive in reverse till you are in the designated area again. The pro shop is somewhat sparse but the practice facility is beautiful and well proportioned. The bar area is nice and the staff of the whole course is Bar none some of the best I have seen at a public course. Cost to play was relatively cheap for what you get also. At the 19th the beer was plentiful and a fair price but the food I did try was overpriced and not as good as I had hoped. All in all a diamond in the ruff.
