Comments: The greens had just been aerated and they still played well. Each hole is fun and different. Not like a cookie cutter style course. The only thing that worried me was the tee boxes weren't all level. I found myself moving further back to find a nice flat spot. But it wasn't that bad. Still a fun course. Very quiet and relaxing!

Comments: I have only played this course once but I wish I could play it more often. Prices are a little on the high side, but if you get a chance while in Charleston, PLAY THIS COURSE. Beautiful course right on the harbor, so it plays much like a links course. The last three holes follow right along side the ocean and are very challenging. It is well maintained. The golf carts have a huge GPS screen in the front and a small screen in the back that gives you the distance to the pin, so you can see it when grabbing your club from the back. I found this to be very helpful because it has a very accurate layout of the hole and also lets you know your pace of play and if there is a cart up ahead that you might not see. Go play this course.

Comments: Dunes West is a beautiful course. Located off of highway 41 in Mt. Pleasant, in a gated community, which makes this a semi-private and quiet course. The staff at Dunes West is very polite and friendly. The greens had recently been aerated, but they still played well. The best part, the prices are reasonable. I could barely tell they had been done. All in all, I would choose this course over others in Charleston any day.

Comments: A great, fun, easy course. Wide open fairways and challenging greens. Best hole is the par 3 on the back nine. Its a tight green surrounded by water. Very challenging and fun! The course is right on the coast so even if your game is bad, the views make up for it.

Comments: Beautiful and challenging course. Absolutely loved this course. I would play it every week if possible. Great staff as well. They were welcoming and informative. The course was in pristine condition and played very nicely.

Comments: Excellent course. It is narrow at times and wide open on other holes. It provides a nice variety to keep all golfers challenged, no matter their handicap. Beautiful views and the course is always maintained nicely.
