Comments: Fantastic course except for the gophers.... I mean prairie dogs! Very cool to see and experience, but not in the middle of the fairway on 12... Overall liked the course. I was in town for business so was a little drunk. Pot wasn't legal then so no highballing - maybe next time. Adjust your irons! The air is different way up in the mountains and I was crushing balls with my 8 iron. I adjusted at least by one club and my boss adjusted by two (he is a scratch golfer).

Comments: My favorite up North golf course. I'm lucky enough to be a member here. The Pines are ranked in Golf Digest Magazine as a top 100 course. I didn't like the Lakes as much, but still a course that demands praise and respect. Great atmosphere up here - everyone very friendly and quick to offer a tip. I started developing into a better player after college up here thanks to the pro coming out and offering some tips when I started the back 9. Managed very well and always love sneaking a peak at the bikinis by the pool when I'm done playing 18!

Comments: LOVE LOVE LOVE this course. I didn't take out the drive much on this course and played my 3 wood off the tee. Very tough lies on the fairway with mounds being an obstacle on every shot. I seemed to always be hitting above or below my feet. It took a lot of concentration to have a good round here - kept it to just 2 beers throughout the day.

Comments: Tough course. Very beautiful and unique. I grew up in the South, so courses like Erin Hills and Whistling Straits make my heart pound like I'm kissing my prom date again. Tip - Listen to your caddie!

Comments: Great course by my work. I always head over with a few buddies and kick off the weekend at this course. The best driving range around the Milwaukee area. Tight fairways force you to control your drive off the tee - don't swing wildly and keep a strong right handed grip. I suggest playing from the tips, the course plays so much nicer. Even if you aren't a big hitter, getting out 200 will keep everything in reach and keep the course fun. The cutest cart girls work here also! I spend way too much money on drinks when they are around!

Comments: THE BEST COURSE I'VE EVER PLAYED! I've played Whistling Straits, Erin Hills, and Bluegrass - the top courses in Wisconsin and Nashville respectively. Steelwood has always been my favorite courses and this last time I was honored to meet Mr. Miller the course designer and builder (I asked him why he didn't make it easier for me). Water does not come into play too much on this course, but very difficult if you don't have a member or caddie with you. Very tough reads, even on the fair way. ***TIP for HOLE 10! Hit way left on the fairway, almost to the rough. If you land right or in the middle of the fairway your ball will roll deep right and make your next shot impossible! Words cannot describe how beautiful this course and country club are. The pro shop puts 30 min between each tee time so you will feel like you are the only group on the course. You can play at your own pace and enjoy a perfect round of golf. You cannot have a bad time here no matter how poorly you are playing.

Comments: Traveled to Mobile for a wedding and my home course was booked for a tournament. I usually head to this course when my campus course is full and I cannot get on. Very nice and well maintained course. Friendly staff is always welcoming walk ons and are always in a good mood. Great clubhouse and when the weather is nice, a perfect Mobile, AL Golf course.

Comments: I attended college at Spring Hill and literally lived on the golf course (the apartments on hold 14). I love this course and cannot get enough golf whenever I return to campus. It is very well maintained and has good rates for alumni and public. Great place to have a tournament. Not too difficult of a course but provides challenges for experienced golfers.
