Comments: Played no. 4 Dubsdead. Former course of the BMW championship. Extremely difficult track for any golfer above scratch handicap. Take the starters advice and play the tees for your handicap. Most all greens require a carry over bunkers or are elevated and quite undulating. Expect a 5 hour plus round as well.

Comments: Spectacular course. One of the best courses in Illinois south of I-80. Very friendly staff and amenities. Very picturesque course with large greens and deep bunkers and quite the challenge for mid-range handicaps (10-15). Green fees are a bit high but considering what you get it is worth the price.

Comments: Short in length but mature trees lining the fairways and undulating greens make this course very challenging if you don't keep it straight off the tee. Private and not open to the public but can play as a guest of a member.

Comments: Excellent greens to putt but the rest of the course needs improving. Bunkers were not in good condition.

Comments: Course has made significant improvements to the fairways which were lost to disease and drought a couple years ago. Well designed layout and very challenging. Price and challenge is well worth the 80 mile trip for me to play.

Comments: Several small elevated greens can be difficult to hit. Good price.
